Bravely Home is your client’s private portal — a simple, secure space where they can stay engaged in their therapy journey between sessions.
From booking appointments to filling out intake forms to paying invoices, Bravely Home is designed to reduce admin, encourage progress between sessions, and keep everything in one calm, focused space.
Table of Contents
1. Book Appointments
If you’ve enabled client self-booking, clients can view your availability and book sessions directly from Bravely Home — no back-and-forth emails needed.
Bookings sync in real-time with your calendar (if connected), and session types are pre-selected based on what you’ve assigned to the client.
2. Complete Forms
Clients can fill in intake forms, policies, consent documents, or any custom forms you’ve assigned — whether before their first session or throughout their care.
You can choose to make forms compulsory or automatically assign them when a new client joins your practice.
3. Receive Assignments & Outcome Measures
Clients can view and complete tasks, reflections, or measures you’ve assigned — helping them stay engaged between sessions.
4. View & Pay Invoices
Clients can view upcoming and past invoices — and, if you’ve set up BravelyPay — they can pay securely right from the portal.
⚠️ Important: If BravelyPay isn’t set up yet, invoices can still be sent, but payments can't be accepted online.
