Bravely Connect makes it easy to streamline your onboarding process using two key form settings:
Compulsory on Sign Up: Automatically loads the form for completion when clients open Bravely Home
Auto-Assign to New Clients: Automatically sends a form to new clients
This is ideal for essential onboarding documents like intake questionnaires, consent forms, or clinic policies.
Used together, these features help solve two common challenges:

✅ Reducing the need for practitioners to assign forms manually
Compulsory on Sign Up
Marking a form as compulsory ensures that your client must complete it before they can book their first session in Bravely Home.
Use this for critical forms that must be completed before the therapeutic relationship begins, such as consent forms or emergency contact information.
To make a form compulsory:
Go to the Forms tab
Click the form you want to require
Select Template Settings
Toggle on Compulsory on Signup
Click Save Template
Auto-Assign to New Clients
Auto-allocation automatically assigns a form to every new client you add, or to clients who are reassigned to you.
To make a form auto-assigned:
Go to the Forms tab → Setup
Click on the form to auto-assign
Click on Template Settings
Toggle on Auto-assign to New Clients
Click Save Template
⚠️ Forms containing variables cannot use this feature, as variables require manual input before assignment.
