If a session was originally booked as in-person, you can manually assign a telehealth Google Meet video call link directly in Google Calendar:
Go to the session booking on Google Calendar.
On the event detail page, click Add Google Meet video conferencing
The Google Calendar event will now contain a video call link which your client can access. You can also copy the link to send directly to them.
