Need to switch a session from in-person to telehealth — or vice versa? You can update the location directly from the appointment itself.
This is helpful if a client can no longer make it in person, or if you’ve arranged to meet at a different location.
Go to the client's profile → Sessions tab (left sidebar)
Find the appointment you want to edit → Appointment Details tab
Under Location, choose the new location:
This could be:A different physical office
A telehealth session
Confirm the changes and you're good to go! If you’re switching to telehealth, the telehealth link will be automatically included in the updated appointment details and email.
This change will automatically send an update to the client with the new location.
