Step 1: Create Your Rates

Your rates are your list of fee options, such as standard, sliding scale, or extended session rates, that you can use across different session types or clients.

To add or edit your rates:

  1. Go to Payments β†’ Rates & Billable Items (top right)

  2. Open the My Rates tab

  3. To edit, click on an existing rate, or click the + button to add a new rate

  4. Type in the amount and click the βœ“ icon to save

Step 2: Set Session Type Rates

Once your practitioner rates are set, you can assign them to each session type to reflect your standard pricing or offer different tiers according to client needs.

There are two ways to set session type rates:

1. Adjust Each Session Type

Set rates by editing each session type individually:

  1. Go to Appointments β†’ Setup (top right) β†’ Session Types

  2. Select a session type, and then select the appropriate rate(s)

2. Adjust Session Billables (All in One View)

Manage all your session type rates in one place:

  1. Go to Payments β†’ Setup β†’ Session Billables (2nd tab)

  2. Assign rates for each session type from your existing rate list

Step 3: Set Client-Specific Rates

Once your session type rates are set, you can customise pricing for individual clients. There are two ways to set client rates:

1. Set Each Client Rate

  1. Go to the client’s dashboard β†’ Setup β†’ Session Types & Rates (2nd tab)

  2. Select the session type and choose a rate from your list

2. Set All Client Rates (Bulk View)

  1. Go to Payments β†’ Rates & Billable Items (top right) β†’ By Client (5th tab)

  2. Search for a client

  3. Assign rates for each session type directly from the list
